How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery to the United States takes 8–12 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order required.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours before tracking information becomes visible.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?
Yes, this can happen during international transit. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@broochy.co and we'll look into it for you.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at support@broochy.co to initiate a return.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.

I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@broochy.co within 3 business days of receiving your order, and include a photo of the item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible. -
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 7 business days. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You are welcome to return your item and place a new order once the return has been processed.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our store is hosted on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your credit card information.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@broochy.co. After this window, the order may already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled.
