📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery to the United States takes 8–12 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

  • Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order required.

  • Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours before tracking information becomes visible.

  • Yes, this can happen during international transit. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@broochy.co and we'll look into it for you.

  • At this time, we ship to the United States only.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at support@broochy.co to initiate a return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.


  • We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@broochy.co within 3 business days of receiving your order, and include a photo of the item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 7 business days. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. You are welcome to return your item and place a new order once the return has been processed.

  • Our brooches and button covers are carefully selected for quality and durability. Specific material details can be found on each product page.

  • Our products are decorative accessories and are not worn directly against bare skin in most cases. However, if you have known metal allergies, we recommend checking the material details on the product page before purchasing.

  • We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting.

  • Button covers are designed to snap over existing buttons on shirts, jackets, and blazers — no sewing required. Simply press the cover over your button until it clicks into place.

  • To keep your brooch looking its best, avoid exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place when not in use.

  • Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@broochy.co. After this window, the order may already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled.

  • Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@broochy.co with your name and the email address used at checkout and we'll sort it out right away.
